The two ovens have a combined capacity of 125 litres and are both fan heated, which allows food inside to be benefited from heat being evenly distributed throughout the cavities.
The main oven has a capacity of 69 litres and comes complete with a Handyrack. Living up to its name, it's a nifty door mounted rack that is capable of holding up to 5 kg of meat. Designed to conveniently swivel your food out of the oven when you open the door, it allows you to check the status of your meal quickly and easily.
The secondary oven is configured in a vertical design meaning it's possible to load up the oven so that you can bake on 4 levels simultaneously, making it perfect for when you're whipping up a round of biscuits or cookies.

The Professional+ 90 Dual Fuel Range Cooker offers 5 gas burners, all of which are fitted with cast iron pan supports. By offering room and flexibility to keep multiple pots and pans heated simultaneously, you'll always be in complete control. Gas hobs offer the advantage of excellent control â the change in heat is rapid and extremely responsive making sure that whether you are frying, simmering or boiling, it'll always be at the exact heat you require.
A wok burner provides you with the option of cooking up great stir-frys, pan frying some chicken to perfection or otherwise attempting any other exotic style dishes you should wish.
Conscious of safety, all gas supplied hobs are connected up to a flame supervision device. Should one of the hobs be accidently extinguished, the supply of gas will automatically cut off, saving gas and preventing any potential dangerous situations.
